Community Guidelines

The rules, in plain language.

Safegram is for open conversation within the law. These guidelines explain what isn’t allowed, what happens when a rule is broken, and how to appeal.

Last updated 2026-10-09

We don’t restrict lawful speech because of the views it expresses. We do act on content and behaviour that harms people or breaks the law. These guidelines apply to everything on Safegram: posts, comments, profiles, messages, groups, events, ads and usernames.

What isn’t allowed

  • Illegal content and activity, including selling illegal goods or services.
  • Child sexual exploitation of any kind. We remove it, close the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Threats and incitement to violence against a person or group, and content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Harassment and bullying, including targeted abuse, pile-ons you organise, and unwanted sexual content sent to someone.
  • Sharing private information such as someone’s home address, ID documents or private contact details without consent, and intimate images shared without consent.
  • Scams and fraud, including fake investment schemes, phishing and fake giveaways.
  • Impersonation of a person, brand or organisation in a way that misleads people. Parody accounts must say they are parody.
  • Spam and platform manipulation: fake accounts, automated bulk posting or messaging, and buying or selling engagement.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement. Rights holders can send notices to legal@safegram.io.
  • Malware and links designed to compromise devices or accounts.

How rules are enforced

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may:

  • remove or restrict the specific content;
  • limit features such as messaging or posting for a period of time;
  • suspend or close the account, especially for severe or repeated violations.

No shadow-bans. When we act on your content or account, we tell you what we did and which rule it was based on, unless the law prevents us from doing so. We comply with valid legal orders and report illegal content where the law requires it.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice you received or email support@safegram.io with a link to the content or account. A person who wasn’t involved in the original decision will review it, and we’ll tell you the outcome.

Reporting

Use the report option on any post, or email support@safegram.io about an account or message. Reports are reviewed against these guidelines, not by how many people report something. Sponsored content is also reviewed by the Safegram Trust Desk. To report a security issue, see our security page.

These guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they ever conflict, the Terms apply.

Safegram is a social networking platform, not a financial institution, broker-dealer or custodian. Your RWA UserChain ID is a cryptographic identifier you can verify yourself; it is not recorded on a public blockchain today. Nothing on Safegram is a security, deposit or investment product.

Messages are encrypted in transit and access-controlled by account; end-to-end encryption is on our roadmap, not live yet. No system is immune to every attack; your own device, password and recovery email matter too. Safegram complies with valid legal process and applicable law.

Airdrops and content rewards are optional incentive programs. They may change, pause or end at any time, may carry eligibility requirements, and may have tax implications where you live.
